Facilities

_Welcome to MCYC, 150 Acres of natural beauty with winterized meeting and sleeping facilities for about 300 people. We are open year round and have become a very special place to the groups and individuals who return here year after year. MCYC backs up to Lake Pleasant, a 125 acre lake, giving additional fun year round. Michigan Christian Youth Camp is located in Attica, Michigan which is within 1.5 hours drive from most of South Eastern Michigan. We are just north of I-69 about half way between Flint and Port Huron.

Hawley Lodge

_A beautiful outdoor setting, comfortable dorms and various size meeting areas make MCYC an excellent retreat site for groups as small as 10 and as large as 300. Hawley Lodge is the focal point of our facilities and is where most groups have an opportunity to interact with other groups.  A wooden structure and a massive field stone fireplace add a feeling of warmth to your stay.  The interior beauty is accentuated by the scenic view overlooking the serenity of Lake Pleasant.

Hawley Lodge provides an assembly / dining area capable of serving as many as 300 people with a commercial size kitchen where our attentive kitchen staff provides you with delicious meals which are normally served cafeteria style.

The lower level of the Lodge serves as a recreation area which houses a foosball table, several ping-pong tables and an air hockey table.  Also, on the lower level, we have the Canteen which is our camp store and provides campers with snacks, shirts, patches, and those little items that were forgotten at home.

Dorms

These buildings can house groups ranging from 13 to 65 people.  Each dorm is heated and has shower and restroom facilities located in each side of the building.  All dorms can be separated to accommodate boys and girls or left open to facilitate interaction among groups of the same gender.   Campers sleep in bunk beds with a nightstand between in which to store personal items.
