Birch Valley Events offers two packages for wedding and reception events:
Wedding Event :: $2500 and is a rental time of 12 hours. It includes the following:
Use of buildings and camp property including the lodge, pavilion, waterfront, woods, chapel in the pines, and any prep rooms
Six foot rectangular tables and rustic wooden benches, black folding chairs are also available
White linens and table skirts for serving tables
Simple sound system
Parking assistance and shuttle service
Cleaning during and after your event
Event Coordinator and staff during event to help your event run smoothly, staff will assist with cleaning during and after your event
