38th Annual Steak Dinner
We would like to invite you, your family, and your friends to our 38th annual steak dinner on Saturday, November 3, 2012. Our steak dinner fundraiser is our largest fundraiser of the year and is a vital part of our ministry.
So come on out to MCYC and bring some friends. Enjoy a casual evening of fellowship and laughter catching up with friends and family while providing for the future ministry of MCYC.
What time is steak dinner?
You may arrive at the steak dinner between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
How much does a ticket cost?
Prior to October 1st a ticket is $65 for an adult and $30 for a student (up to college age). After October 1st tickets are $70 for an adult and $35 for a student.
Are there package prices available?
Yes. You may purchase a full table (8 tickets) for $490 at anytime. You may reserve the table and just let us know when you are planning on coming to the dinner.
Ministry Pricing
Eldership Plan - When an elder purchases a ticket, their spouse may purchase their ticket for $30 before October 1st and $35 after October 1st.
Ministry Plan - Purchase your ticket and your spouse comes for no additional charge!!
Can I sponsor the dinner?
Yes. We have several different pricing plans available for both families and businesses. All sponsorship's will receive recognition at each table.
Platinum - $500 - 4 tickets to the dinner, listing in our evening program and sponsor board. A 4 x 8 brick paver to be placed in our front walkway with your family name as a supporter of the camp.
Gold - $350 - 3 tickets to the dinner, listing in our evening program and on our sponsor board.
Silver - $250 - 2 tickets to the dinner, listing in our evening program and on our sponsor board.
Bronze - $150 - 1 ticket to the dinner and listing in our evening program and on our sponsor board.

Purchase at your church - Look for announcements in your bulletin as to who you can purchase tickets from at your local congregation.
