At MCYC we strive to create an environment that allows every group using the camp to be able to achieve their goals while here with us.  Through our activities, sessions and devotionals you will have the opportunity to deepen relationships, develop bonds and create memories with each of your campers.  Most importantly ensure that your campers will have a place to be with Jesus Christ for not just a couple of days, but years to come.

As the leader you will need help.  Let us help you.  Ask all the questions that you can and be ready for an action packed time at camp.  While you are at camp, get involved and use your time here to spend some quality time with your campers.  Be engaging and participate in the activities that you may have planned or that we will be
facilitating for you.

Registration

Mail in your registration two weeks prior to your event with full payment and get a free Courageous T-Shirt!!

$59 Students, $25 Adults, and youth leaders are FREE.  Pricing includes all meals, lodging, and some activities.  Paintball is $15 and some crafts are $5.

January 13 - 15, 2012 - All ages!!  Ages 7 - 17, a great weekend to come with a parent or sibling!

January 20 - 22, 2012 - Ages 10 - 13.  A fun time for those just ready to break out.  Also a great weekend to get your high school students involved in some mentoring with your younger students as a student leader!!

January 27 - 29, 2012 - Family Retreat - Come chill out and reconnect with your family in our over connected world!

Check-in at camp
When you get to MCYC please come to Hawley Lodge once at camp.  Hawley Lodge is straight down the road once you get on the camp property.  You can park right out front and you or another leader can come in and register.  Once registered, about 10 – 15 minutes, you will be directed to the dorm assignment that you have by our greeter.  Please have each of your campers information ready and organized when you arrive, as this will help speed your registration. 

Sessions 

All large group sessions will take place in Hawley Lodge where you register.  They will be taught by our facilitators and will engage each camper with a message of Jesus Christ.

Devotionals 

Your devo’s will be on your own.  Each dorm room has a picnic table in which to gather around and discuss the session or give you the opportunity to dive deeper into the lesson with your campers.  This is a great time to get the thoughts of your campers and where they are at in their walk with Jesus Christ.

Games and Activities 

There will be different activities and games set up for you for the weekend.  Please make sure that you sign up for them if necessary so that all your campers will have the ability to enjoy each area of the camp.  Sign up will be on Friday night upon arrival from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Ensure that the campers in your group are on time and ready to go to the next activity or session.  Do your best not to be late or run behind.   

Cancellation, Refund Policy
The camp must be notified in writing of any cancellation in order to receive any refunds.  Cancellations prior the Friday of the event will be assessed a $25 administrative fee per student, remaining funds will be returned.  Cancellation must be made prior to registration (before arriving) on Friday night of event.
