Getting Ready (before you come)
 -         Write down your questions, and make sure to contact us so that you have a great weekend. 
-          Send in or fax in your registration with your gender breakdown of campers. (Boys, Girls)  Also let us know how many Youth Leaders with their genders as well. 
-          Provide all campers and youth leaders with a copy of the registration form.  The youth leaders can use the same form.  All campers must have a completed form!
-          Have copies of the ‘Suggested items to bring to camp’ made for each camper and youth leader.  Make sure they all get one. 
-          Meet with your group and review the weekend with them before you leave. 
-          When you meet to leave, make sure that you have a prayer for the weekend and ask for Jesus to be over each and every one of you while you are here!!

Arriving at Camp

 -         Register at Hawley Lodge. 
-          Pay the remaining balance of your invoice from the numbers that you provided.  Call the Monday before with a final number, you will be financially responsible for
             this minimum amount.
-         Turn in all registration forms for each camper and youth leader.
-         Receive your dorm and room assignments. 
-         Get to the opening session.
