A beautiful outdoor setting, comfortable dorms and various size meeting areas make Michigan Christian Youth Camp an excellent retreat site for groups as small as 10 and as large as 300. We have 150 Acres of natural beauty with winterized meeting and sleeping facilities. Open year-round, we have become a special place to the groups and individuals who return here year after year. MCYC backs up to Lake Pleasant, a 125 acre lake, giving additional fun year-round. We are located in Attica, Michigan which is within 1.5 hours drive from most of South Eastern Michigan. We are just north of I-69 about half way between Flint and Port Huron.

Hawley LodgeHawley Lodge is the focal point of our facilities and is where most groups have an opportunity to interact with other groups. A wooden structure and a massive field stone fireplace add a feeling of warmth to your stay. The interior beauty is accentuated by the scenic view overlooking the serenity of Lake Pleasant.

Outdoor AreasMCYC has a number of outdoor facilities for meetings, retreats, and large gatherings. Commonly used outdoor areas are our newly reconstructed large pavilion, our recreation field for activities or practices, the waterfront, and our outdoor chapel in our wooded area.

Hawley KitchenFood is served in buffet style in Hawley Lodge, which comfortably seats 250 people. Our kitchen is a peanut and tree nut free space. The kitchen is able to serve gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian diets upon request. All food restrictions need to be communicated at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If restrictions are not listed, we can not guarantee suitable replacements. If there are allergies outside of our accommodations, you may need to supplement the meal options, a refrigerator is available for your convenience.

Conference RoomsOur two conference rooms offer a stove, oven, microwave, tables, chairs, couches, and a TV with HDMI compatibility. These versatile rooms can be used for anything from a baby shower or a family reunion to a conference or meeting space.

Dorms at MCYC
|
Dorms at MCYC can house groups ranging from 13 to 65 people. Each dorm is heated and has shower and restroom facilities located in each side of the building. All dorms can be separated to accommodate boys and girls or left open to facilitate interaction among groups of the same gender. Campers sleep in bunk beds with a nightstand between, which can store personal items.
