Note: If you register your child for camp and something happens you can still get a refund. A refund will be given back to your original payment source (less a $75 administrative fee) as long as we receive your request by Friday at 3 p.m. the week before you attend camp. Extenuating circumstances may reduce the administrative fee. No shows on Sundays will not receive a refund.

Discount Options

Early Bird Discount

Register and pay in full by January 31
and receive $50 off overnight camp sessions.
No other discounts are allowed when using these pay in full rates except the One for Fun and Multi-Week Discounts. Daycamp sessions do not have an Early Bird Discount.

One For Fun Discount

Refer a friend that has never been to MCYC before and get a $40 dollar discount off your overnight camp fee or $30 off your daycamp fee when they register.
Your friend must be registered for the same week and cannot be a relative.
Your friend gets $40 or $30 off their camp fee too.

Sibling Discount

Multi-Week Discount

A multi-child discount for those of you sending more than one child to camp. Full price for your first child, then $25 off for the rest of your campers.
Children do not have to attend the same week.

For those campers who just want to come back for more fun we have a $50 discount for a second week of overnight or daycamp. Weeks do not have to be consecutive, and your child must still be picked up on Friday at the end of each week.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

PAINTBALL
Cost is $30 a day per camper
Play our speedball and our woods course.
Cost covers up to 500 paintballs and play for the day!
Must be 10 years old to participate

HORSE CLASSES
Cost is $125 per camper for the week
Horse classes have changed and been restructured here at MCYC to tailor an experience for campers based on their abilities. The ONLY class offering is a general class for the 5 days at camp. All participants will learn correct equitation and how to steer their horse over a variety of obstacles. Also, learn about the daily care of a horse and how to groom and saddle. Participants will be introduced to the trot or canter based on the camper's skill level.

Scholarship Options

If you need assistance due to financial hardship, it is available. Applications for scholarships are kept confidential.

FREE T-SHIRT

What's camp without a cool camp t-shirt? When you register by June 1st you get a free camper t-shirt!

After June 1, cost is $11, which is not as cool as free, so make sure you register before June 1st.

Payment Options

PAYMENT FLEXIBILITY!!
Payments can be made in full when you register (which is required if you are taking the Early Bird Discount). Payments can also be sent in on a schedule that fits your budget.

A $75 deposit is required to hold your camper spot and weekly fee balances need to be paid in full 10 days before arrival. Camp store extras can be paid at a later date.

Health Form

THIS FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE ON MAY 15, 2025.

Food allergies and other medical needs, such as medications, should be indicated on the Health Form. Overnight campers are served three hot meals each day and our canteen is open every day for a snack. We are happy to provide any pre-communicated nut free, gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options for campers and staff. Additional restrictions, including vegan diets, may require supplementation.
